I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients are able to submit receipts (superbills) for potential reimbursement, depending on their plan.

I believe therapy should be a truly private space, and working with insurance typically means that I am required to share information with your provider, such as a diagnosis. Insurance can also dictate the way we work together, such as how long, and for what clinical reasons. Insurance often does not specifically cover couples therapy. Working outside this system allows gives you more control over confidential information.
