I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of Washington (application final approval pending). My license number is MFTA.MG.70158061. I am under supervision of Jameson Natwick, PhD, LMFT (License #LF60927908)

As a therapist, I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families in the therapy room.

A few of my areas of focus are:

• Individuals navigating the challenges of relationships, or processing tough questions around spirituality, identity, & meaning

• Couples who are high-conflict, avoid conflict, healing from betrayal, premarital, or want to strengthen communication

In 2026, I obtained a Masters of Arts in Couples & Family Therapy from Seattle University. I worked with individuals, couples and families at Stories of Hope Counseling in Monroe, WA as part of a clinical internship from 2025-2026. I have worked with the following areas: relationship issues, trauma recovery, teen issues, couples, families, neuro-diversity, anxiety, parenting, spirituality (I am religion friendly), and concerns around gender and sexuality (I am LGBTQ-friendly and poly-friendly). I was a crisis line phone responder with King County crisis services (Crisis Connections) from 2023-2024.

I have also served on the board of Washington Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (WAMFT) from 2025-2026 as a Student Representative.
